A Message Group is for the sole purpose of posting and receiving business opportunities. ProAdGroups reserves the right to reject or delete, at its sole discretion, any content not conforming, in its sole judgement, to the purpose above stated. In return for the right to post business opportunities, offer consumer products, or submit general content to the appropriate Message Groups, you agree to receive business opportunities, consumer product offers or general content posted by other Message Group members. Subject to the Terms and Conditions stated above and below, members may post legitimate business opportunities and consumer product offers to the Message Groups maintained for such purposes. IF YOU POST ANY TYPE OF CHAIN LETTER YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM ALL OF THE MESSAGE GROUPS YOU ARE A MEMBER OF HOSTED BY PROADGROUPS.COM IF YOU ARE A MESSAGE GROUP MEMBER AND SELL/SEND SOLOADS THROUGH YOUR MESSAGE GROUP MEMBERSHIP YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM ALL OF THE MESSAGE GROUPS YOUR ARE A MEMBER OF HOSTED BY PROADGROUPS! The Message Groups and all addresses thereon, as amended from time to time, is the sole and separate property of ProAdGroups and may not be downloaded, copied, shared or otherwise disseminated without the prior written consent of ProAdGroups. By submitting to the Message Group or Message Groups, the posting member represents and warrants to ProAdGroups, its owners, affiliates and subsidiaries, that such business opportunity is legitimate; that persons engaging in such business will not be in violation of the laws of the United States or any State; that any statement or estimate of potential income to be derived from engaging in such business is realistic and achievable, based upon the actual knowledge and experience of the posting member; that such business opportunity does not violate any State or Federal consumer protection statute; that such business opportunity, and persons engaging therein, shall not infringe upon any trademark or copyright, and that the statements made in such business opportunity are not false or deceptively misleading to the intended recipients thereof. ProAdGroups accepts no responsibility for, and makes no warranties or misrepresentations of any kind or character, express or implied, regarding: the legitimacy, legality, truthfulness or accuracy of any business opportunity or consumer product offer submitted to the respective Message Group or Message Groups maintained for such purposes; the income reasonably derivable from such business opportunities; the quality, workmanship, conformance to illustrations or performance claims, of any product offered on the ProAdGroups Message Group or Message Groups; any other aspect of, or statement contained in, any submission to the Business Opportunity Message Group. ProAdGroups specifically disclaims any duty to investigate or verify the legitimacy, legality, truthfulness or accuracy of any such submissions, and Message Group members are strongly advised to take this fact into account when deciding whether or not to respond to a business opportunity or consumer product offer. In general, ProAdGroups serves only as a conduit for business opportunities or consumer product offers. The recipient of such opportunities or offers assumes full responsibility for deciding whether to accept same. Offers containing any of the following content are subject to immediate removal from the Message Group or Message Groups, at the sole discretion of ProAdGroups: Offers for materials or services of a sexual, pornographic or "adult" nature are NOT allowed. ProAdGroups shall be the sole judge of what constitutes unacceptable material under this section. Any member who posts an offer in violation of this Section shall be subject to immediate and permanent expulsion from the Message Group or Message Groups. Profanity or other content of an offensive or inflammatory nature, including racial, ethnic, religious or political references which could be construed as offensive by a person of normal sensibilities. Personal attacks or derogatory statements regarding other Message Group members, competitors, or their products and services. Content which appears, in ProAdGroups's sole judgement, to have been generated by an autoresponder. Offers which have been the subject of a complaint by another Message Group member, or a claim of infringement under the Copyright Act. , the Trademark Act or any other state or federal law protecting intellectual property and/or trade secrets. All removal requests must be honored, whether originating from ProAdGroups or another Message Group member. Message Group Members agree to receive periodic updates from ProAdGroups. In the event a claim is made or lawsuit initiated against ProAdGroups arising out of, or in any way related to a business opportunity Submitted to the Message Group or Message Groups, the member posting such business opportunity agrees to indemnify and forever hold ProAdGroups harmless of and from any and all costs, demands, damages, loss or expense of any kind or character arising out of said claim or lawsuit. The posting member further agrees to reimburse ProAdGroups upon demand for all the legal fees incurred by ProAdGroups in defending against such claim or suit. ProAdGroups reserves the right, without prior notice, to: remove any member from the Message Group or Message Groups at any time for any reason whatsoever; amend these Terms and Conditions at any time; terminate the Message Group at any time. Message Group members are solely responsible for their own conduct and for the content of any submissions posted to the Message Group or Message Groups. This responsibility shall be continuing in nature and shall survive the member's resignation or removal from the Message Group or Message Groups. No former member may, after resignation or removal from the Message Group, continue to transmit e-mail with the "ProAdGroups Message Group" header or utilizing the word "ProAdGroups" in any way. Former members who continue to receive e-mail utilizing the "ProAdGroups Message Group" header or the word "ProAdGroups" should immediately report such incident to *AT ProAdGroups*.com. However, ProAdGroups cannot accept responsibility for misuse or abuse of the Message Group or Message Groups in any manner by any present or former member.
ProAdGroups reserves the right, without prior notice, to: Move Message groups to new Domains, transfer members to messsage groups on new domains & change the names of Message Groups
Anyone who rents a Message Group provided by ProAdGroups.com can add the Message Group they are renting to the following Message Group submitters. www.Proadmanager.com www.Ipostad.com www.majesticsubmit.com If you are using safelistboys to access any of the Message Groups, your account will be deleted from those Message Groups. They have been asked to remove the Message Groups I host and have refused. All other existing Message Group submitters do not have permission to add any or all Message Groups hosted on ProAdGroups.com to their submitter. Any Message Group members accessing any or all of the Message Groups hosted by ProAdGroups.com through any other submitter than the three(3) provided above will have their membership put on vacation. Any members who send their ad through a Message Group more often than what is allowed per membership level will be deleted from those Message Groups. (Example: If you are a Free member that can only send once evey 7 days and you send once everyday or once every 2 days...etc your membership will be deleted and there will NOT be any REFUNDS!) There will also be a $9.95 yearly re-activation fee In addition to the foregoing terms and conditions, members assume full responsibility for the accuracy of any information and/or links submitted to any message boards, links pages, Message Group or Message Groups maintained by ProAdGroups. If you send a message through any Message Group hosted by ProAdGroups.com that contains negative information about ProAdGroups.com, Listbank.net or Prolisthosting.com you will be deleted from any and all Message Groups and your IP address will be banned from all three hosting services.You also agree to receive email from Message Group members at your subscribe address and email from the Message Group admin (Admin updates, solo ads...etc) at your contact address. If you refer to any email you receive from the Message Group members or the Message Group owners a spam, your account will be deleted from every Message Group you are a member of and your email addresses and IP Address will be banned from using the service in the future.Anyone who adds the Message Groups to a Message Group submitter without permission or without the Message Group owner asking to have their Message Group added, are no longer welcome to use any of the Message Groups hosted by ProAdGroups.com, Listbank.net & Prolisthosting.com. The owner of ProAdGroups.com has full authority to have your Message Group removed from any submittere that any and all ProAdGroups Message Group may have been added to. If you start a New Message Group on ProAdGroups.com or transfer your Message Group from a different hosting company and then decide to move your Message Group to a different hosting company you can get a copy of your database but the existing Message Group will remain on ProAdGroups and posted for adoption. Anyone who adopts an existing Message Group Must host the Message Group with ProAdGroups for a minimum of 6 months before they can move the Message Group to a different hosting company but the adopted Message Group will also remain on ProAdGroups and will be posted for adoption after the monthly hosting has expired. (Example: if you adopt an existing Message Group that already has members on it you must host the Message Group with ProAdGroups for for a minimum of 6 months before you can move the Message Group to a different Message Group hosting company, and a copy of the Message Group will also remain hosted by ProAdGroups and be placed up for adoption after the monthly hosting expires.If you request a copy of your database, your hosting fees must be paid in full and you will need to pay a one time fee of $150.00 per Message Group before obtaining the member database. When you join any of the Message Groups, please be aware that you will receive email from the Message Group owners at your contact email. Anyone who complains about receiving email at their contact email address will be removed from all of the Message Groups and your email address and IP address will be banned from joining any Message Groups hosted by Listbank, Prolisthosting & ProAdGroups in the future.
